What information do we collect?
How do we use it... When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, phone number, mailing and delivery address, credit card number and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of your order status. If you are giving a gift to someone, we need to know their name, delivery address and phone number.

We collect aggregate information on customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the store.

We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about changes to the web site, new services and special offers we think you'll find valuable. How does Mandala Wines protect customer information?
When you place orders or access your account information on the web site, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) uses at least 128 Bit encryption to protect all information you input before it is sent to us. Confidential information, such as your address and order history, is stored on Mandala Wines's own database, which is protected against unauthorised access. Your credit card details are not stored after your order has been processed.

What are "cookies"?
"Cookies" are small pieces of information sent by a web server and stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive so it can later be read back from that browser. We may use it to send them information about other happenings in the Yarra Valley like events but it will be sent directly by us. Delivery and Refund Policy

  • Free delivery to Australian capital cities and surrounding suburbs (min. 1 dozen bottle orders or one six pack single site wines)
  • Delivery Australia wide within 14 days of us accepting the order
  • Depending on area price will vary
  • Freight to be charged to regional areas and will be delivered via Australia Post
  • Freight to be charged for orders less than one dozen bottles
  • Delivered by a third party i.e. courier or Australia Post
  • We will advise the customer within 2 business days if products are not available or on delay
  • Export restrictions are to be handled by the customer as some countries have a tax upon receipt and some countries have restrictions on alcohol
  • Export prices upon request as they are extremely expensive and America is almost impossible. There are numerous forms that have to be filled out by both parties

Return / Refund

  • Customers are to notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods if there is an issue with stock and arrange for goods to be delivered back to us
  • We can then credit them on their expense of the cost of freight
