Weddings at Mandala Wines

Family owned-and-run Mandala Wines is nestled in the rolling hills of the Yarra Valley. Emphasising the importance of celebrating memorable occasions with great food, fine wine and the love of family and friends we offer a specialised, tailored service with weddings personalised to suit each unique couple. Facilities are available for conducting ceremonies on-site and an architecturally designed building - made from sustainable and recycled materials - offers a truly unique reception space.

Prior to your wedding we invite you to visit the site as often as you like, perhaps accompanied by your celebrant or photographer, and you and your fiance are invited to an a la carte dinner and planning meeting with our functions coordinator. Our modern regional menu, with an emphasis on matching wines from the estate, ensures a memorable dining experience where guests choose from your specially chosen a la carte menu.

Ceremony
Mandala’s rotunda and gardens provide the perfect backdrop for ceremonies. Guests are welcome to enjoy our landscaped lawns and relax with a glass of wine while you have your photos taken. The cost of a standard ceremony is $500.

Reception
Just one hour from Melbourne’s CBD,  our restaurant, cellar door and vineyards create a stunning environment to celebrate your wedding. We can cater for up to 80 people for a seated wedding reception (including bridal party).

Food and Drink
Food and beverage packages begin at $150.00 per person for a la carte weddings and include a half hour of pre dinner canapes and drinks, your specially chosen three course a la carte menu (with three choices at each course), coffee, tea and petit fours, and a five hour standard drinks package. Canape receptions begin at $120.00 per person including a standard drinks package.

Children are catered for with prior notice at $25.00 per child. Entertainers and photographers meals can be provided at $25.00 each. We are able to cater for most dietary requirements – please advise us of any requirements at least a week prior to your event.
