Mandala Wines' on-site restaurant is the deluxe Italian DiVino Ristorante, which boasts a main glasshouse seating area where diners enjoy spectacular views of green vines and valley hills as they enjoy their meals. DiVino's bespoke Italian wood-fire oven and very own pizza chef produces a wide range of fresh and mouth-watering pizza options to suit everyone!
Chef Luca and his dedicated kitchen team follow the same philosophy as the Mandala winemaking team to produce high-quality creations and dining experiences. The on-site kitchen garden provides vegetables and herbs, while all meats are locally sourced.
A native of Genova, Italy, Chef Luca joined the Mandala team in 2012. His main love is the cuisine of his Northern Italian home, but his career across the globe in France, America and Thailand bear influence in his trademark culinary style.
DiVino Ristorante is open Wednesday through to Sunday for lunch, and Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights for both lunch and dinner.
