This classic cabernet sauvignon displays aromas of rich cassis, liquorice and sweet violets, as well as savoury notes. Well-integrated oak and fine-grained tannins combine with black olives and blackberry fruits on the palate, leading to a rich and velvety finish.
The Cabernet Sauvignon fruit was de-stemmed and crushed into open top vats for fermentation on skins. The ferment was plunged daily and left on skins for a total of 29 days before being transferred to an open screen press and gently pressed. Matured for 24 months in French oak prior to blending and bottling. 14% alc/vol.
